Shipping costs and standard delivery times for parcels abroad vary. Our customer service team will be happy to advise you

After you place your order, the order will be immediately forwarded to our production so that the confectionery can be produced as quickly as possible. We only manufacture all products to order in order to guarantee maximum freshness quality. After the production time, we hand over your package to DHL several times a week, which usually delivers packages within 1-3 working days (including Saturdays, depending on the location).

DHL collection dates

Our packages are picked up and dispatched by DHL on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The parcels are processed as quickly as possible via the state-of-the-art distribution center in our region (DHL Hub Günzburg), so that over 95% of all parcels are delivered on the next working day.

- Order value of   €0.00 - €59.99 = Shipping costs: €6.99

- Order value of  €60.00 - €199.99 = Shipping costs: €8.49

- Order value  from €200.00 + =   free shipping
