A Christmassy mixture of fine cinnamon notes and fruity baked apple aroma in the South Tyrolean style. Nutty, soft gingerbread dough, enriched with fine cinnamon, natural apple paste, refined with a baked "baked apple slice" from the original Allgäu apple. Gingerbread half-masked in whole milk - apple slice on the side covered with white chocolate. A pre-Christmas treat for all the senses. Baked without flour.
