Our mixed "Exclusive" selection impresses with the colorful diversity of our exclusive varieties: Our dark-enveloped "Truffes Dolcier" gingerbread, in which the finest praline-chocolate cream is incorporated into the dough, complements itself beautifully with the half-masked " "Pistacchio" gingerbread, with a fine, nutty aroma and sprinkled with green pistachio granella. The "Zanzibar whole milk" creation ensures a special taste experience with sweet caramel, gentle sea salt crystals and salted caramel crisp beads. The mix selection is rounded off with the white “raspberry” gingerbread, which combines a fruity and velvety-soft enjoyment with a Christmas cinnamon note. Decorated with freeze-dried wild raspberries, it's not just a natural visual delight. Baked without flour.
